[Remote] Asset Sighting & Tagging External Tagger

We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our team on a temporary basis to support an asset sighting and tagging project across multiple locations in Malaysia. Successful candidates will be responsible for verifying, recording, and tagging company assets while ensuring data accuracy and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities

Conduct physical asset sighting and tagging activities at designated customer locations.
Verify asset information against provided records and update discrepancies when required.
Record and capture accurate asset details using the prescribed system, forms, or mobile devices.
Affix asset tags according to project guidelines and company standards.
Ensure all assigned assets are properly identified, verified, and tagged within the project timeline.
Travel to various branches and project sites across Malaysia as required.
Submit daily progress and activity reports to the project coordinator.
Adhere to company procedures, safety requirements, and project instructions at all times.
Achieve daily productivity targets, including tagging a minimum of 100 assets per day.

Requirements

Malaysian aged between 20 and 35 years old.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Willing and able to travel extensively across different states and project locations.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and capable of performing site-based work for extended periods.
Good attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify and record asset information.
Punctual, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Strong discipline in following instructions and meeting project deadlines.
Energetic and target-driven, with the ability to achieve daily asset tagging quotas.
Available for the full project duration from September 2026 to November 2026.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Support

Order Processing & Coordination

Process sales orders, and invoices

Invoicing & Payment Coordination

We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer to join our team in Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for networking, routing, and switching equipment (TP-Link, Juniper, Cisco, Ruckus).
Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including access points and AIDC equipment.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize network performance to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
Support and manage AIDC devices and systems (Zebra, Honeywell, Sato, etc.) for inventory tracking, and data capture solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Network and IT System Management or the AIDC industry.

Duties and responsibilities
Implement Wired/Wireless LAN, WAN Optimization, Remote Access, IP Services, Load Balancing, Internet/Extranet, Network Access Control, Firewall services, Video, Telepresence and Enterprise Mobility.
Analyzes and troubleshoot customers’ system functions and failures to isolate and define potential problems.
Perform diagnostic analysis of network systems, identifying possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.
Provide on-site and telephonic technical services necessary to insure the continuing operation and optimization of the systems and network.

Experience and Qualifications
