Limited Hardware Warranty: The hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods from the delivery date of the original purchase:
Printers: 12 months
Printheads: 6 months
Aftermarket Kits/Accessories: 1 month
Chargers/Power Supplies/Cradles: 12 months
The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or improper use, accidental damage such as drops or spills, consumable parts such as batteries, cables and etc., any third-party software or operating systems, normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, external factors such as natural disasters, power outages or improper environmental conditions, unauthorized alteration or modifications.
Software Warranty: The software will be free from defects and will meet the specifications in the Statement of Work for one (1) month from the go-live date.
During this period, the software will perform as agreed, and we will fix any bugs or errors that affect functionality and provide updates or patches to address issues and improve security.
The warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications or customizations, issues related to third-party software or hardware not specified in the documentation, misuse, neglect, or improper use, external factors such as power outages or network failures, unauthorized access, hacking or security breaches, major software upgrades, new features or new versions.
