1st March 2024 – RES Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of supply chain technology and automated data capture solutions in Malaysia, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Trinerva Technology Sdn Bhd, a provider of integrated web and mobile solutions.

The acquisition brings together two innovative companies and allows the combined business to better serve a diverse base of customers as their supply chain technology needs evolve. Additionally, the acquisition allows RES to tap onto additional verticals currently served by Trinerva such as fintech, insurtech, mobile payments, telecommunications and entertainment.
Trinerva co-founders and principals Chris Lim, William Wong and Clement Lee will join the RES leadership team and gain an ownership stake in the expanded group. They will play key roles in ensuring a seamless transition and consistent experience for Trinerva’s existing clients as they join RES.
